At Shravia, each piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Refunds are offered only in the rare instance where an item is received in a damaged or defective condition.

Refund requests are considered solely for products that show visible defects or damage at the time of delivery.


Unboxing Documentation

To assist us in resolving concerns efficiently, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video, capturing a complete 360° view of the outer packaging and the product immediately upon delivery. This serves as essential verification for all refund requests.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team, the refund will be initiated if the claim is approved. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
